Job Description: The Office Manager is a multifaceted role within the Community Services Program. Duties include assisting and scheduling clients, handling confidential information daily, conducting word processing and data entry and producing various reports and updates. Creates and maintains client files and other program logs and records. Supports program staff with clerical and office needs including ordering of office supplies. Ensures various office equipment is maintained and operational. The Office Manager is in charge of orienting and training new staff to program forms and systems. They also are responsible for tracking, interacting with and maintaining insurance processes.

Community Service Supervisor - Rockport

Program: Community Services Program – Rockport

Position: Community Service Supervisor

Job Description: Under the supervision of the Clinical Director the Community Service Supervisor will provide administrative and clinical management of our two mental health clinics in Rockport and Northport Maine. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and have experience leading multi-disciplinary mental health professionals.

Qualifications: LCSW, LCPC and significant experience providing clinical services in the community required. Candidate must have the ability to work with a variety of administrators, effective communication skills, and high degree of flexibility.

Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Northport

Program: Community Services Program – Northport

Position: Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Description: Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed to work as a member of a comprehensive and multidisciplinary psychiatric team providing Outpatient Medication Management and Therapy under the direct supervision of our psychiatrist. The successful candidate will be flexible and have a strong ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications: FPNP preferred, CRN required with experience providing clinical services. Candidate must have the ability to work with a variety of administrators, effective communication skills, and high degree of flexibility.

Residential Counselor - Per diem

Program: All Programs

Position: Residential Counselor – Per diem

Job Description: Per diem direct care position in residential program. Supervise and assist in management of daily living skill, recreational activities and program life. Participate in crisis intervention, group and individual counseling.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred; experience & skill with adolescents.
