Positions: Shift Supervisor
Job Description: Full-time supervisory position. Responsibilities include providing direct supervision to adolescent counselors, oversight of daily program functions in assigned shift, and participation in direct care functions, as needed. Other responsibilities will be determined by the Program Director.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and supervisory experience preferred; counseling experience with adolescents required.

BHP/Case Manager - Rockport
Program: Community Services Program – Rockport
Position: BHP/Case Manager (Full-time)
Job Description: This role is a multifaceted, case management role within the Harbor Family Services, Community Based Services program. The BHP/CM is the primary link for outside services as well as to provide hands on services for the family. The BHP/CM will work closely with State agencies and other professionals, representing Harbor Family Services in the community at all times. The BHP/CM will also work closely with the Director of Community Based Services assisting in the development of new programming.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
1 – 3 years experience with child/adolescents/families or case management experience strongly preferred
Valid Driver’s License and car insurance required.

Residential Overnight Counselor - Aspenledge (Hampden)

Position: Residential Overnight Counselor
Job Description: Full-time. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and security of students during assigned nighttime hours through monitoring of students, responding to any emergencies during the night, and carrying out any other duties assigned by the program director.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred; experience & skill with adolescents.
